The event, said to be the biggest of its kind so far, attracted 12 members of the Vietnam Automobile Manufactures’ Association (VAMA), including ten joint ventures and two domestic auto companies.

The five day event is expected to create opportunities for auto and spare parts manufacturers and distributors to meet and seek for co-operation and be the number one show on auto technology and products in Vietnam.

The show is jointly organised by VAMA and the Asia Trade Fair and Business Promotion Joint Stock Company. From 2008, it will become an annual event. Before 2008, it was a biennial one.
